Two training options are available:
6-day condensed, non-residential training. Some basic pre- and post-course requirements apply. Tuition covers all training materials, the Cardiac Yoga Teacher Training manual, study guides, diploma, certification, CEU and Yoga Alliance credits. It does not cover room and board.
10-day residential program. This training is held in a beautiful retreat / spiritual setting at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Buckingham, Virginia. The relaxed setting includes daily yoga and meditation practice and vegetarian meals combined with lectures and clinic time.
