NEUROSCIENCE AND YOGA

Workshops and Certification Programs

The Neuroscience and Yoga program is available to you in several ways:

1) Weekend Healing Retreats — experience a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend focused on restoring your physical, mental, and emotional health through vagus nerve regulation and the Neuro-Yoga practices. These retreats are designed to help you reduce stress, calm the nervous system, impact on healing, and immunity so you can return home with practical tools for ongoing self-care, self-regulation and healing.

2) Certification Program — Our 50-hour comprehensive certification training offers an immersive exploration of the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, yoga, and meditation. You will discover how and why yoga works through the lens of contemporary neuroscience and positive psychology—and learn to translate this knowledge into meaningful, evidence-informed practice.

At the heart of the training is the Neuro-Yoga Psychology Model, an integrative framework that brings together psychology and neuroscience with the Eight-Limb Path of Yoga. Grounded in theory and research, the model provides a foundation for both practical teaching and clinical application. You will develop a deeper understanding of how yoga, breathing, meditation, and mindfulness influence the brain, neurobiology, and nervous system, while gaining practical, evidence-based techniques for integrating Neuro-Yoga Psychology into classes, individual work, and clinical settings.

Experiential practices in breathwork, meditation, yoga, and neuropsychology are presented to cultivate greater awareness, self-regulation, and agency over the body, breath, brain, and nervous system. The result is a training designed not only to expand your knowledge, but to transform how you teach, practice, and work with others.

Deepen your knowledge. Expand your clinical and teaching skills. Discover the science behind the practice.

If you are a yoga teacher, healthcare worker, yoga therapist, coach, yoga practitioner, mental health professional, allied healthcare worker, or if you’re just curious, this program provides you with the knowledge and tools to enhance healing, health, and well-being for yourself and others!"

The Curriculum includes:
